Mango and Chiku Plant Plantation Information :

• 2' x 2' x 2' નો ખાડો કરી, ખાડામાંથી નીકળેલી માટીમાં 2 તગારા કહોવાયેલું ચોખ્ખું છાણીયું ખાતર તથા 50 ગ્રામ 1.3 લીન્ડેન ડી. પી. અથવા 20% ઇ. સી. લીન્ડેન વાળો પાવડર મિક્સ કરવો.
• ખાડા ને પોણો ફૂટ ખાલી રાખીને મિશ્ર કરેલી માટી થી પુરી દેવો.
• કલમ છોડ વાવવા કલમ છોડ ને જમીન પર આડો મૂકી તેની પ્લાસ્ટિક બેગ બે બાજુ થી ફાડી અથવા કુંડું ધીરેથી તોડવું, જેથી તેના મૂળ કે કલમ વાળા ભાગને કોઈ નુકશાન ન થાય. 
• પછી કલમ છોડ ને ધીમેથી ખાડા માં મૂકી દેવો.
• કલમ છોડ ને સીધો રાખવા કલમ રોપતી વખતે સાથે છ ફૂટ જેટલું લાકડું (ઉધઈ ન લાગે માટે કલમ કલર અથવા ડામર લગાડીને મુકવું) ને સપોર્ટ માટે રોપવું.
• કલમ રોપ્યા પછી બે મહિના પછી દેશી આંબો કે રાયણ કાપી નાખવું.
• અને નવેમ્બર મહિના વખતે કલમ ની કાથી કાઢી નાખીને તેની જગ્યાએ સુતરી બાંધી દેવી.
• ચીકુ ના છોડ 25 x 25 ફૂટ ના અંતરે રોપવા હિતાવહ છે. કારણ કે પછી વધુ ફાલે છે.
